Friday. Today is finally Friday. I got home, did a bit of cleaning, played with the dogs, and didn't really want to exercise. I stayed at the patio with the dogs for a while, relaxed a little, watched the people and cars passing by... and then... I wanted to step on the treadmill. "Just half mile", I thought. I got to the half mile after 6 or 7 minutes, so I thought "well... let's do the 10 minutes, no matter the distance I run". Reached the 10 minutes, with 0.740 mile or so... aaaaand then I thought "ok! I'm this close to reach the mile, just 1/4 more... pffft! Let's do the mile, whatever!". And yes, I did the whole mile jog in 16 minutes. This is another mini victory. I wasn't going to exercise, didn't want to, but I DID A WHOLE MILE jog.
