This just got tougher, found out monday I have a gastritis stomach ulcer. S exercise is off the docket. :( Food diet is probably going to help me lose weight though lol.
Coffee will be removed from my diet permanently since caffeine is one f the major contributors.
Can't wait to be able to run about the yard with my son again, that is the hardest part of all of this.
