Well after 9 months of consecutive (weekly) weight loss the streak had to come to an end. I new it would eventually gain some weight but I really think it is more muscle mass because I had to reduce my belt another notch. The doctor still has me on Testosterone therapy and it really helps build muscle and makes me want to do something besides just sit there. I am still walking close to 50 miles/ week and starting to get back into photography... some of my desert sunrise photo's made it in National Geographic.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 100.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
