210 minus 167 equals 43 lbs down!!! only 17 lbs to goal. I CAN DO THIS, I WILL DO THIS!!.

167.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
