Been extremely lazy and unmotivated. Woke up this morning thinking that I'm being miserable by choice, and that I can choose to be otherwise. I so choose.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Wow. It happens to me too. Sometimes I feel extremely lazy to go to the gym. But I put on my gym clothes regardless and before you know it...I get in the mood. You've done well. Make the right choices
