I have been so bad at tracking and need to get back at it. That is when I stay consistent with my weight loss, when I track. I'm fearful for this next couple weeks. I am getting ready to wean my baby from breastfeeding, we made it an entire year, so now I'm afraid of what it'll lead to. I've been use to eating a little more to accommodate the nursing. So more so than ever it is important that I track. I guess instead of saying I need I just have to do it.
