241.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 101.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It usually works if you follow through...first 2 weeks is hard (Must stay away and clean out your cabinet and fridge...eliminate any temptation ... Its a withdrawal stage really. Good Luck.
