OMG my weight has just shot through the roof! I'm at my second highest weight in my life :(

Hoping a lot of this is water weight - but kickstarting a diet today with lo-carbs ... need to lose 12 lbs. Here goes nothing!
155.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
