I have decided to change from calorie counting to Atkins. In the past I have had better luck with Atkins. I also didn't feel like I was starving while on Atkins like I currently do trying to do calorie counting. If I find Atkins to be unbeneficial to me then I will keep searching until I find something that is best for me and my lifestlye. My primary goal is health not looks. Phase One of Atkins will begin The first of August. Easier to keep track that way :-)
