LOL amazin yes, a miniscule loss but, No matter what it is a loss lol. I'll look at it that way. Shocked it isn't a gain tough time at Ridgemont High. But good news finall moving after getting walker back from welding, and new exercise buddy My new Muppy-Pup 10 yrs old but can he move, a PomPom Simba, I found due to my health issues I can have him certified and he will be in sensing my ?sezures? and other, as my Emotional Support thru information from NSAR National Service Animal Registry "Helping Animals Help People Since 1995"/checkout expecally if you are in need. check all the Service types and perks, see Testimonials. I am so in on this big time expecally after all that has happened in the last few days as some of you know.
SOMETIMES, YOU JUST HAVE TO BOW YOUR HEAD. SAY A PRAYER AND WEATHER THE STORM.
And humbly, remember, greatfully those who's thoughts and prayer covered you thru it.
I keep forgetting to tell you all what my Doc told me, that my heavest weight was more than I ever thought. Well instead of what I thought I have lost he stated in a little over 4 months starting aprox. April 13, 2014 have lost to date per my PCP lost a total of 49#. And FS says only 9 more months to my Dream goal. I am seriously thinking I can do this with out the Gastric-Bypass Surgery- if I just just keep on plan and keep on Climbing the Mountain. Amen Amen Amen.
TY FS Buddies. All Blessings of all Shalom
