I've been feeling a bit better. like my clothes are fitting better and my legs feel a little bit better. I feel slimmer in my waist which is where I lose weight first usually. I also feel like I should have lost more than 5 lbs but I guess that's doing pretty good. I haven't been following any sort of strictness and I've been drinking beer, so I guess I could be a bit more noticing of what I am consuming to speed this process along. but I haven't had a soda since July 7th. I feel great about that. on to the next 2 weeks. :)
