Nothing much to say. Gained weight. Life is getting me down.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.2 lb a week

don't give up. sometimes our bodies just need a break from all the changes we put it through such as dieting. Get back up, I know you can do it !!!!

I fall off quite a bit due to stress and other negative elements, but the key to this journey is if you fall, pick yourself back up and keep going. Never get depressed about it. Refocus and keep it moving. Proud of you!

Thanks, you're all great. :) I went to the gym today and yesterday walked 10,500 steps. The exercise will help my mood and also hopefully help the weight loss. Thanks again.
