I am STUCK...@ 141 lbs... I need to hit 140lbs by tomorrow to reach my goal... the scale just doesn't feel like recording a tiny bit smaller number lol.... I will do my best to reach that tomorrow, if not... well what can I do... 1 lb is not the end of the world, even tho it bothers me... lol!

The weekend was so so... somewhat good, somewhat bad.. better not talk about it.

Now it's a new week, I feel very lazy... I did workout on Friday and also last night for 30mins... I see how much my stomach grew back since I stopped doing the crunches... so I restarted last night and did 210 crunches on the ball. I did some other exercises with weights for my arms, also did leg & booty exercise... it went completely out of shape... what a shame.. I thought since I am still losing that I look good, well I was wrong! I need to work it out even better!


The 6pack is a big goal for summer next year.. and tomorrow I am changing my goal from 140 lbs to 135 lbs... that way I will get going and have a new goal to achieve.. if I see myself hitting 140 lbs I might just get stuck there and not do anything anymore... which is bad!

Looking forward to the next long weekend... and it will be my b-day at the same time... not that I enjoy getting older, but it happens to all of us at the same pace!

Do a low calorie day (I'm guessing: less than 600 calories) and I believe you should hit 140 by tomorrow. Besides, the day after tomorrow wouldn't be so bad either. :-)

Hehe... 600... you are telling me this now :P I think I will make it... I am really trying to be very stricte with myself... but you know... not everything can be controlled. Thanks for your advise tho! So tht said I could eat another slice of bread... I won't live if I do that lol... aaaa :) I should have skipped my apple... I pretty much skipped my breakfast so that's enough lol...

you will reach that goal!! I know you want to be there tomorrow, and I hope you will. but if not, then you'll reach it the next day. and you'll be on your way for the next goal...maybe that's what you need to get a new start with exercise. I feel that you did some, but the motivation was not here... but don't think you're not looking good, it's not true. you did an incredible job on your body! good luck with the low calorie day, soup and salad should help to stay in an healthy but light intake.

I know how you feel about the stomach...I took a week and 1/2 off from crunches and it is like my stomach is bigger than ever. I am still loosing weight, but with my stomach being bigger it does look like it! I will start today doing 100 - 150 crunches a day!
