I think it's time to restart my diet. I've been trying some new things, and today I'm feeling nauseated. I've been more lax about what I've been trying too, so I need to get back to basics for a week or so and start feeling better again. Really I don't think it's the fruits and veggies so much that give me the problems, it's anything greasy, so I just need to go back to eating my fresh foods.

Tuesday night I started getting an earache and it's sticking around. It's more like my lymph node is swollen and every time I swallow my ear hurts, so I know I'm not really sick, I just need to get over this. It's amazing that I start getting lazy with my eating and now I feel like I'm getting sick. Hopefully with some clean low FODMAP eating I'll feel better.

Today I'm only working a partial day because my hubby and son leave for a boy scout trip and I'm dropping them off. I took tomorrow off too so I can spend the day with my daughter. She wants to go shopping, so hopefully we find some good deals on school clothes. Then tomorrow night we're going bowling with my SIL and niece, so it should be a fun day. I just hope this ear pain goes away by then.

I may not be on here for the next couple of days, so I hope everyone has a great rest of the week!!

I had an earache and it went away on it's own. I was eating as always lot's of fruits and veggies, probably that helped. Did you try putting a few drops of warm oil in your ear? My dr told me cooking oil is good too. The warmth will help you with the pain, you put a cotton ball in so it doesn't leak out.

Wow, sounds like a really fun few days, I hope you feel better so you can really enjoy it! Ear aches are terrible, I hope you find some relief soon. I always recommend laying on a warm water bottle, might help open it up a little so it can drain plus the warmth is soothing.

Garlic oil works great for ear pain. Cannot use odorless cause they take out the part that helps the ear. Works fast too! You can buy it in capsules.
