Breakfast: Black Coffee (0), 2 boiled eggs (154)w/ pink salt
Lunch: Lactose Free Cottage cheese (180) - 1 cup w/ La Croix (Peach/Pear) 0 everything.

Zucchini Casserole: Zucchini (50
169.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
