Ate 1.5 cups of kale and 4 cups of cabbage slaw with sugar free Raspberry yogurt dressing yesterday.
132.6 lb Lost so far: 73.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Atkins   losing 9.8 lb a week
