Kinda stalled right now. I walked like 2 miles in 30 minutes yesterday evening but had to cut my walk short because of neighbors aggressive dog got loose. Luckily I had my pepper spray and its only about 6 months old. I've been bit about 1 1/2s ago by another dog and do NOT want to be bit again. Anywho, glad I haven't gained. Wish the exercise list on here was more extensive like Zumba being added or hiking for so many hours.
