Made my 10k last night so starting the week off right. Woke up early and walked to store today and bought two pieces of fresh salmon steaks for dinner.So fresh the guy at the market cut them right off the fish in front of me. Got some roast beef at the deli for awesome salad at lunch. Got 3500 steps before breakfast and plan to hit the gym during my lunch hour for a 20-30 quickie bc I need to take my mom shopping tonite and want to get it out of the way so I wont be rushed. I was super duper sore last night after Sundays work out but I pushed myself and got those 10k in. And I woke up feeling great about myself. Goals for today, get my lunch time work out it. Stick to my meal plan and get 60 oz of h20 bc Ive been stuck at 48 oz for two days. Happy Tuesday everyone.. Have a great day !
