This morning I woke up feeling yucky, and I think it's the hazy smoke in the air here. We're getting smoke from the Canadian wildfires and it's messing with my allergies. I feel so bad for anyone there who's dealing with the actual fires. Hopefully an allergy pill and some work will make me feel better. :)
I got my workout and a walk in last night. Tonight I may not walk if it's smoky because of how crumby I feel today and I need to get to bed early tonight. Tomorrow I have to be on the road by 6 and won't be home until around 7 or 7:30, so probably no workout, but maybe a walk late.
My eating is okay, but today is going to be a carby day. Feeling crumby made me not really want anything but bland foods, so I had cereal for breakfast and I'll have a PB&J for lunch. Hopefully by tomorrow I'll be back to salads, I'll be out of town for lunch, but I'm sure I can find something healthy.
