Woke at 211.4, but that was a 5am reading after a substantial 8pm dinner. Had to drive downtown today to pick up Denise from the airport after work so I got here early to avoid the traffic! Took the opportunity to load up six huge boxes of office stuff that had been sitting in my home office for a few years. Hopefully, loading that stuff will help to offset the lack of walking I typically get from my bus to my building. UPDATE: Picked up Denise at the airport after work and home safe and sound. We are cooking those steaks I marinated for yesterday and having some red wine (which took me over on calories a bit). I only got 2.5 hours of sleep last night so I’m taking the night off from working out. I think I will end up at 2850-2900 calories burned anyway, so I’m in good shape. Weighed in at 210.6 after work. That’s where it will end today!
