Praise his holy name. Yes! It moved with all my tweeking. Oh was so down last week only .5 of a pound down but some loss was good. But so glad it is now showing that this week. Reading your journal entries so so very helpful to all, FS Buddies. Yahoo! Off the sad sack Mary-Go-Round at last. Not that it can't happen again just Yeah! for the break. Keep GOING THERE IS VICTORY FOR US ALL. I've been impressed that this climbing road is not straight it has curves and may be rough. But do not let this disway us.

I love seeing that message that FS gives us after a weigh-in. I'm often like "Only 9 months????" I can do that, that is no time at all. It helps to have a light at the end of the tunnel that's slowly getting brighter and brighter.

See you turned it around. Sometimes a mountain needs some switchbacks in the steepest parts.
