I slept over 8 hours, so more water weight loss.
I took nothing to sleep, except ate 46g turkey breast, 77g black cherry juice, and my usual 10g turmeric, 3g magnesium citrate, some ginger juice and lemon juice.
Both Turkey breast and black cherry juice reported to help sleep.
It looks like it works, since recently I used the above combination for 9 days in a row with the same good results: 7.5 to 9 hours good sleep.

147.8 lb Lost so far: 6.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
