1st day back from Vegas. 139 lbs. Usually after the weekend it takes about 2 days to lose the water weight I gained, so I am not too worried. I ate healthy other than the alcohol. I had things like salmon and chicken tacos and salads. Just.... lots of beer. But the walking might have made up for it. We shall see what the scale says later this week. Also, going to be very serious about weight loss this month. Really tight bridesmaids dress= no bueno. Got our dog back this weekend! It will make him happy to go on hikes and it will make me fit into that dress!
139.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
