I just can't stay off sugar 😟😟😟😟
132.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Yes, you can. I think you can for 3 days. I think you can stay off carbs for 3 days. And I believe if you can stay off sugar for 3 days, and keep your carbs to about 20 per day you'll be in ketosis. I bet you can do it for 3 days.
