Sorry about the increase blame it on the 4th I had a grilled rib-eye steak I was going to have a glass of wine but didn't. Now I have to get my butt into gear and get back on the plan.
Hope you all had a great 4th. My poor dogs hated it every time they went to go outside someone let off crackers and they would bolt back in and try to hide.
The crackers started about 2pm and finished after 12am I was a little pissed off by that time. Now that I have gotten that off my chest I feel better. :)
145.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks kody, we all try so hard to stay on track and it's quite a challenge. Thank goodness for this site as everyone is here to help. I was so upset with all the fireworks for what it was doing to my dogs especially since they didn't stop till close to 1am. I think I was stress eating. :)
