Day 6 of the rest of summer! God is good.:)

Walked 6.9 km (9,360 steps) - one extra lap around the lake. Counting this as my rest day. Excited about the 10K training program on runningclinic.com recommended by my physiotherapist today. Note to self: no more 8am morning appointments!

Breakfast: 12oz nfat latte, Honeynut Cheerios, 1 Rice Krispee square.
Dinner (8:35pm): whole wheat pita pocket with cream cheese, veggies, and 2 cooked eggs.
