Happy Saturday #1! Up early, coffee's on, full day ahead. Groceries, finish the lawn, help a friend redo her resume and a nap are on the agenda for the day. I'll fill it in with other stuff but that's what I got so far. ;)

Living with others and staying within your food plan is a challenge. My son is staying at my house for a month although I'll be back and forth house-sitting. They're making French toast with ice cream this morning. Thankfully I'm not dying for it and can turn it down but it's more challenging when you have other people live with you. BF, for example, apparently likes twinkies, etc. I'll have to work with that at some point if/when we get more serious and figure out a way that I won't eat them all. It's not about the food, it's about my relationship with it. Other people have normal relationships with food and can eat SOME without eating it all. I'm still working on that lol.

Hang in there - ask then to have their treats out of sight - my husband hides his crap food. If I do not see it, I am not interested.
