I just realized that I do eat HCLF :)

At first I thought you said HFLC!, (don't do that its really bad for your long term health!) HCLF on the other hand is good, but don't cut out fat all together, its important for hormone balance, vitamin absorption, and cell membranes. You should get about 25% of your daily calories from healthy fat sources such as flax seed, nuts, oils, olives and avocado.
