I decided to have a treat day and i really kind of.... regret it? it wasn't nearly as good as i was hoping :/
oh well, at least the good news is that i can get right back into it tomorrow :) i'm actually kind of surprised, the candy and chips and junk i used to crave just doesn't taste as good as it used to now that i'm not eating it as often as i used to. it's interesting!
