Well, it's not up. I have the next three day to try and add in some movement and then I'll have access to the pool everyday (and high fences so the neighbors can't peek!). It's a challenge being in someone else's space without all "my" stuff but I'm going to try to make it an adventure and not a backsliding experience. My son and his friend are staying at my house so I won't have to be back and forth every single day but may anyway just to be around my things and make sure my flowers don't die, check the mail, etc.

Go outside and find something "new" to be amazed by. Stick your naked toes in the grass (avoid the stinging bugs!). Take 10 minutes to "thaw" in the sun. It's good for you. Enjoy your day!
196.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
