Sigh, had a fight with my mom over the phone.
Afterwards my aunt came over with a savoury fish porridge to cheer me up.
There is no way I can turn her down can I?
I ended up eating a bowl of rice porridge with fish before sleeping.
The meal cheers me up but I feel guilty for not adhering to my diet now :(
179.2 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
