Willisbillie - from one eat aholic to another, welcome back. There's lots of us here. No pun intended but if you're serious about tracking your food then you are on the right track to do this. Track everything and enter it and you know how much you're eating. Eat enough less than you're expending in calories each day, adjust the fat/carbs/protein as you need to, and you can lose weight...just give it time and stick to it. This is a great place to both give and get support to be successful.
