so far so good today. I let my self sleep in late (9:30) then got up and got that mommy feeling and decided to cook up a storm. I made omelets with asparagus for me and the kid, some low carb coleslaw for tonite's fish, chicken breast is boiling for curry chicken salad for today and tomorrows lunch and kale chips are in the oven.Plan to hit the gym when the house is done and Im shooting for 1hr and 15m on the treadmill today. Stepping it up. Hope everyone has a great day. Goals for today, get 60oz of water in and 15 extra min on the treadmill. Cheers

Pterath, I take kale, cut the stems, drizzle with olive oil them toss with one clove of garlic, sprinkle with sea salt and a dash of cayenne. Bake 350 for 10 minutes, pull em out and toss again then bake for another 10m or until crisp. My dad uses the cheese flavored popcorn salt on his and its pretty. The flavor options are limitless.
