Weigh in yesterday AND last knee shot..YES the shot hurt like hell and NO I don't have to have any more. I'm over 105# loss in 9 months according to the center (weight measure from the time I walked in the door, I was even more before I started with them). Only problem is some clogging of the pipes (better sounding than saying 'constipated' I think...lol).
Now in a month I see the ortho doc after giving these shots a chance to reduce the pain and stiffness...but the knee replacement is inevitable.

I wouldn't call it 'amazing' but since I have nothing to compare it too it doesn't seem like it is to me.
I'm not going to log this mornings scaling, obsessing over each days fluctuation only seems to give me anxiety over 6-10 oz.
