I was pumped to have only gained a pound while traveling. Now I've hopped up another pound and a half. My guess is that I was dehydrated and that this new number more accurately reflects the damage. Aiming for calm and consistent again.
192.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
