My first week I lost 7 pounds (which was my first weigh in on this site). Aug 3rd I started Curves, for added toning and exercise, my starting weight that day was 231. I weighed again on Aug 5th and had lost 3 pounds...wow! I weighed on the 5th and my weight was 228. So I had really watched my intake of calories, but didn't starve myself. I continued to be strict about my calories, I had already cut out sugar and soda. I will use sweetner in my coffee, but still use creamer. I will not give up coffee. I already gave up soda. So I stayed at 228 until when I weighed today I had finally shrunk more. I have been so good, but yesterday I kinda had a bad day, but not as bad as my bad days have been in the past. But I am down a total of 7 pounds this month. I feel good and am super motivated now.
