Well - Not the big dips I had happen when I last lost weight - but It's going down, and going down according to schedule. Lend me patience and diligence to continue in this vein. The goal is to get down to my goal weight by my next birthday (February), so if I can keep this up and slowly but steadily bring that number down I should be ok.

Oh but it's so hard. I know we all know that. But damn :( If I could have one genie wish - it wouldn't be spent on riches or beauty or eternal youth - not even on more wishes.... I would ask for the ability to eat anything (in any quantity) that I wished and never suffer ill effects from it!!!!!!!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
