Can't believe I just lost 100 grs. in a week... I think I know why the scale doesnt show less, so I'll try again tomorrow...

Btw one more question! does anyone have any reading material about the reason why when we exercise, we begin losing fat from certain 'core' areas? I'd like to read more of it but the sites I have found so far are more opinions than actual facts.
153.9 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi chickturu, first of all, don't worry that you lost " only " 100grams per one week. There might be many reasons why : if you exercise a lot, of course you built some muscles. Another option might be the values of nutrition : I didn't check your complete diet calendar but if I read your diary of today, many burgersand potatoes French fries. Both contain a lot of fat. Your lunch is okay but try to eat more " natural " food like vegetables and fruits. To your questions to lose fat on certain " core " areas, what about the exercises of " freeletics" , a certain excise program where you train with your own body weight ? If you like to, you can read more information on www.freeletics.de. If you are already member of a fitness center, ask the personal trainer. For tummy crunches and situps are optional. For losing on whole body fat, a combination of conditioning and power exercises might be recommendable. I hope, I could help you :-) Best wishes

Hi AirlineGirl, this definitely helps a lot, thanks so much! yes, definitely I have not been eating the best food last weeks but have been taking care of the calorie intake (but surely that's not enough)... with regards to the exercise, I have been increasing my cardio routines and I have seen and felt I lost some cms, the issue is that I'm mainly losing from the boobs :( and not from the hips or legs (which is what I'd love to reduce). I know there's a whole logic around that, just want to read more of it. thanks!

Hi bach Chickturu :-). Yes, I had ( still ) the same problem with the boobs and unfortunately, it seems to be that we women lose first fat on our boobs. I lost 2007 also 27 kilograms and I turned from cup C to B which wasn't so tragically . After I gained more weight, my boobs increased again. I sfarted again with my diet in 2012 with start weight of 115, 7 KG at height of 1, 76m. Meanwhile I lost 45 Kilograms but I saw the disasters this morning : I wanted to wear a top which has formed up cups for stability. It didn't look great. I have to confess, it was a top which I bought several years ago. So proud I'm but seems to be that losing some weight contains also bad luck. Well, to reduce the size of hips and legs in fitness center there special machines ( in German language it' s called " Bein - Presse " , ( leg press ), considered for exercise especially the inner part of tigh. Most of women have to problems after losing weight .Other options for targeting especially the legs and hips : climb machine or stepping which is very effective for these muscles which lay there . Also very effective are " step aerobic" , cycling , especially mountain biking, nordic rollerblading and rollerblading in normal way. To reduce fat on special " cores " , it's essential to reduce the fat consumption in general. Especially " unhealthy " fat which in burgers, French fries, chicken nuggets, chocolate, ect . Try to eat " healthy " fat in form of nuts ( walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds), good oils ( coconut oli, olive, canola oil and some others) and fish which is rich of omega - 3 and omega- 6 - acids . Also very essential are proteins for losing weight. It is said temporarily, 2 g protein/ 1 kilograms body weight per day. To lose body fat in certain areas is hardly possible. The parts which have most, you will certainly lose faster and more effective fat. The most miserable option will be plastic surgery but very expensive:-(.
