I woke up with a perfect topic idea for my journal today! Then I forgot what that was! you'll have to settle for my back-up stories!

I have to pull out that palm pilot my dear friend GAVE ME, because i'm really scatter brained these days! so much to do and so little time to do it! I'm trying to keep track of food intake and even that's difficult lately! I couldn't even begin to tell you what I ate for breakfast! how bad is that?!

ok...so what's on the agenda today besides WORK!? as usual, i'm planning to burn rubber in the gym! look out, here I come! yesterday, i saw a sign on a broken eliptical that said "I'm sick and under repair". I have to wonder if it was all due to my rubber burning! hee hee!

HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY MY FELLOW FAT SECRETERS! (no pun intended!)

hey, don't forget that full-size calendar you can use to un-scatter your brain and life!! love the profile pic--guess we enhance your profile, eh? ;) Thanks for those wonderful memories--now we'll always have these pics to remind us of them!! As for Ant v. Butterfly, I remember a certain expression Ebony had when my ant-like self challenged her---so yeah, Ms. Butterfly sure has the right to laugh here! ;)
