OK, I made my daily goal today and after all of it I've decided I need to go back to just taking it one day at time. I haven't been meeting my weekly goals and since today I met my mini goal, it might be easier for me for a while till I get where I want to be again. Which is not bad in my book. Posting twice a day will keep me honest till I get over my hump. SOOO with that said, still under my net carbs, worked out for an hour and got my 10k in. I'm still short about 20 oz of water but I'm up for a while still and its doable. I've added fiber supplement in and expect great results. I bought a spiral notebook and want to start journaling bc my office is now covered in post its. hehe. Went to the store and stocked up on veggies for the week, and planned my meals for tomorrow and Wednesday. Not going any further than that,since I'm trying the one day at time thing. Plans to wake up early and get some time in at the park before work bc I promised Mike we would work out tomorrow after work. On a positive note , I was able to fit into some pjs that my mom bought me but they never ever fit me.. My butt looked like a hot air balloon in there.. Now it doesn't.. insert smile here !!
