Thanks everyone, I am hoping the trend keeps going, but it is getting difficult with one pound at a time.. I totally know that it is a great loss for a week, but m evil devil keeps telling me it should be more, I need to do more, change more.. something. I think I am ok with where I am headed.. its just the evil devil on my shoulder talking. Have a great week everyone!! Thanks for the support!

Don't listen to that devil, he's telling lies. A pound a week is great and sustainable way to lose the weight. No matter how much you want to lose, you'll only keep it off if you can sustain a new way of living and eating. So if this is going to be a new way of life then you're already on the path that you'll continue to travel once you're at your goal weight. Looking at it that way, what's important is to stick to the path, if you deviate just get back on it, but it doesn't matter so much about the time frame. Crash diet and lose a lot quickly, but you won't sustain it and will likely gain back. Then that devil will really be on your back! Keep up the good work!

Yup,, I hear that little sucker too ,, even when I lose I feel its not enough . I get pissed at first, but once I step away from the scale and evaluate my loss I am usually thankful ,, and then Rally on to the next weigh in .
