Woke at 211.6. Hey! What gives? I expected about 209 something. Eating about 1275 per day today and tomorrow. I know it's low, but I WILL hit my average daily calorie goal of 1967 per day for June. Beginning on Wednesday I can actually eat 1967 per day as I will be in the new month. Back to the 190s in July! UPDATE: Came home from work at 211.4. No workout tonight as I did my radio show and a friend dropped by. Ate 1275 calories and will likely get about 2700 calories burned. Right on track. Will eat that many tomorrow again to end the month. Slightly puzzled by some water gain today but let’s see what happens overnight.

You lost a huge amount of weight in a record time already..You probably are just having one day of stability.... It will start dropping again.
