Won't be eating sunflower seeds again anytime soon. Two tablespoons 10 fat grams, I could have had a candy bar for those fat grams. Learn something new everyday. Have a good night.

Yes, they are. They are a super food. Google them. Avocados too! You just have to practice portion control.

I am going to plan my meals a day,ahead, breakfast tomorrow, 2 pieces of fruit, 1 serving of corn chexs, 1slice of wheat toast plain.

healthy fats are necessary in every diet. carbohydrates are worse for you than healthy fats...

Sunflower seeds are a very healthy snack. They contain a good supply of Vitamin E, which is a fat soluble vitamin, so you need the fat in the seeds to take in the Vitamin E they supply. They , also supply Magnesium, Vitamin B1, B3 & B6. More than that candy bar can say!
