Yes steps lol 
Thank you :) yes I bought a fitbit charge hr and I love it. Tracks steps,sleep, miles,flight of stairs, calories burned, has a timer for exercise, an alarm, and a watch with date. And it compiles all the data on an app and the website and you can challenge friends to step challenges. So yes :) I love it. 
Love my fitibt! They're great.
