What a tough week it has been. I know I have not been on here in awhile except for weigh-ins. I have missed reading everyone's journals and knowing how everyone is doing with their goals. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 106.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
