I haven't weighed in on Fat Secret in actual ages!

Updates on my life: I've finished half of high school, grown a bit taller, and gained a lot of weight. This trend began after using food to self-medicate following a depressing period in my life a little over a year ago, and I basically ruined my eating habits. I gained about 50 pounds in a little over a year, so that wasn't super great.

I ran cross country for a short while, but do to overrunning I got dreadful shin splints that completely made me unable to run and I walked with a limp for awhile. Then, after my physical therapy, I didn't take up running seriously again.

I've been on and off in eating healthy for quite awhile, so right now I'm just going to try to take it one day at a time and do my best. I'm going on a cruise in January, and I'd like to feel a bit more confident than I do now. I'd love to be more comfortable in my own skin, but I don't have a particular goal weight in mind at the moment. Probably around 150 due to my height. However, I DO NOT expect to lose all 70 pounds in 7 months, but if that happened of course I wouldn't complain! :)

Anyhow, I'm just going to focus on having a good day today.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
