Ok, did the 3 day military diet. It wasn't bad as I normally try to eat between 1200 - 1500 calories a day. The only day I really struggled with day 3 as it was only 730 calories total, so I had a few pieces of broccoli, which made me feel like I was cheating! lol, which is weird as I had a cup of ice cream, as according to the diet!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
