No surprise, A few days of my old way of eating and I am struggling to eat enough. I really never understand how people say they can't feel full on veggies. I feel like I eat tons! Who would have thought I would be irritated that my kids only know how to cook vegetarian/vegan,lol?

I can't stand sitting so I will probably work on some asanas and try some different yoga poses. Maybe it's time to work on some of those handstands now I am almost 40 lbs lighter.

Rock on people, we are halfway through the week.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

HCB, you are a woman after my own heart! I meant that didn't 40 pounds sound good....but, of course, a nice ring or piece of jewelry would be a great treat! You kill me:)

I agree on the veggies and plant based proteins! MMM Jewelry is good for some, I would pick a TRX at the moment... LOL

be careful if you try those handstands, don't want to mess up that foot more if you fall over ...;)) Texas is a bit far away from ME. I would also by MO is also a bit of a trip.

You know, you did wonderful on the weight loss. I was comparing, you started at a much higher weight than I did, stalled way less than me, and lost more pounds than me. Be happy! You're doing awesome!

Thanks all. I am that typical type A personality when I set my mind to something lol whether its weight loss or handstands. I will try out this new weight for a bit, alter my wardrobe and then work on the last bit of weight. I don't know how realistic 130 lbs is for me anyway, I suspect its a bit thin for me and my body will fight it tooth and nail. It's tough sometimes not having family near sometimes but my kids step up when I really need them and I have some great friends. The support here the last few months have been inspiring and helped me focus on what I was doing. Seeing what was working(and what was not) is such an invaluable tool. Anyhoo, Thanks!

40 lbs lighter is amazing Nic, if you start doing some Yoga that will help with the hands stands or perhaps when you 50 lbs lighter you will just do one cause you are so happy:)
