OK enough of this yo you dieting...on plan and going to stay on plan!! Time to shed this weight and get on with your life!! Food will always be around taunting you with temptation...just say NO!! Time to get moving - going to check out the local gyms today - being around fit people will help you with the desire and belief that you can also be FIT and Healthy!! And it will also give you the support that you need to stay on track. You can do it - even though you doubt yourself every day - just believe and it will happen!!!!!!!!!!!!! Forget about last months ups and downs...today is a new day - the start of a more positive you! A constant battle with your mind...but you have to overcome the little demon inside and stay on track! Remember your dream...take the time to make it happen...and get'r done!! YOU ARE WORTH IT!! AND YOU CAN DO IT!! LET'S ROLL....
184.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
