july 28 2011, starting point. workout routine 30 minutes a day/6 days a wk. strength training 2 times a wk: tue and fri. cardio: mon, wed, thur, and sat. goal weight 115. weight n aug 28.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
